Usage is billed at model token cost + 10%. Every run shows its price before launch and is never charged more than that quote. Credit doesn’t expire.
How usage is priced
Credit pays for the Claude calls your runs make: the model’s token cost plus 10%. Each run gets a quote, the most it can cost, and is charged its actual usage, never more than the quote.

Every agent and evaluator runs on Claude Haiku 5.5.

Real usage depends on your flow: turns, prompt length and how many times the evaluator scores.
Questions about billing
How is a run priced?
Before you launch, Run design shows the run’s quote: the most it can cost, estimated from your flow or your last run. Launching holds the quote from your credit. When the run ends you pay its actual usage, never more than the quote.
What happens when my credit runs out?
A run can’t launch when its quote is more than your credit, and a run pauses if it reaches its quote. Top up, or wait for your plan’s next credit. Nothing is charged automatically.
Does credit expire?
No. Plan credit and top-ups stay on your lab for as long as the lab exists.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes, any time under Billing → Manage subscription. A cancelled plan runs until the end of the period you paid for, and you keep the credit you already have.
Where are my invoices?
Payments go through Stripe. Manage subscription opens Stripe’s billing portal, which lists every invoice.
