This policy explains what personal data Traitrun, operated by Salomon Henke ApS, processes and why. We collect only what we need to run the service.

What we process

• Account details: your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile name and picture.
• Lab content: experiments, library items, transcripts, ratings and notes that you and your lab create.
• Usage records: the AI calls your runs make, with their token counts and cost.
• Billing details: your lab’s plan, credit history and Stripe customer reference. Card details stay with Stripe.
• Cookies that keep you signed in and remember which lab you are working in.

Why we process it

To provide Traitrun: to sign you in, run your experiments, show your results, bill your lab and keep the service secure. We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

• Supabase stores our database and handles sign-in.
• Anthropic runs the Claude model: the prompts and transcripts of your runs are sent to it.
• Stripe handles payments, invoices and the billing portal.
• Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Our hosting provider runs the servers Traitrun is served from.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account and lab exist. Lab owners can delete experiments and library items at any time. Records we must keep for accounting, such as invoices, are kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to how it is used. Results can be exported as CSV at any time. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
