Terms of service

Traitrun is a service for running factorial experiments on AI agents, operated by Salomon Henke ApS. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Accounts and labs

You need an account to use Traitrun. Each account belongs to one or more labs. Lab owners and admins decide who joins a lab and with which role, and they manage the lab’s plan and credit. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Your content

Flows, traits, tasks, transcripts, ratings and results you create stay yours. You allow us to store and process them to run the service for you, including sending prompts and transcripts to the AI model that runs your agents. Only upload material you have the right to use, and don’t put other people’s personal data into tasks or traits unless you are allowed to.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t use Traitrun for anything unlawful, or to generate content that the AI provider’s usage policies forbid.
  • Don’t try to reach other labs’ data, break or overload the service, or get around its limits.
  • API tokens act as you: keep them secret and revoke any you no longer need.

Plans, credit and payment

  • Plans are subscriptions, paid in advance through Stripe, and renew until you cancel them.
  • Each paid plan period adds the plan’s included usage credit to your lab. Top-ups add credit once.
  • Runs use credit at the AI model’s token cost plus 10%. Every run shows a quote before launch and is charged its actual usage, never more than the quote.
  • Credit can only be used in Traitrun and does not expire while your lab exists.
  • A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Prices are listed on the pricing page. If they change, the new price applies from your next billing period.

AI output and availability

Agents, evaluators and generated drafts are produced by an AI model and can be wrong. Check results before you rely on them; the conclusions you draw are yours. We work to keep Traitrun available and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, without a guarantee that it is uninterrupted or error-free.

Ending your use

You can stop using Traitrun at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
